At our facility, STARA has the ability to fulfill final assembly and manufacturing capabilities. STARA has a proven track record of managing multiple suppliers, program needs, and technical requirements. Our production abilities include:
STARA builds 3D models and manufacture prototypes utilizing our Dimension SST 1200es 3D Printer. This capability is part of our form, fit and function process and vastly improves our ability to rapidly produce prototypes and manufacture products.
STARA utilizes our HAAS TM3P CNC Milling Machine with TRT160 Trunnion Rotary Table to produce a variety of precision products. Utilizing our CNC machine to manufacture products provides greater accuracy and reduces manual millwork and handwork modification time, enhancing our rapid manufacturing capabilities.
Using composite vacuum bag manufacturing and CNC manufactured molds STARA is able to manufacture composite parts. Coupled with our CNC and 3D printing capabilities, this process provides STARA with a greater range of possibilities in manufacturing parts for our clients.
Soft Goods Manufacturing
STARA has the ability to sew soft goods with our Consew and Juki sewing machines. Our new industrial sewing machines are able to make the Federal 308 stitch, which allows us the ability to make a large variety of soft products that meet federal parachute standards.
STARA’s welders can weld a wide variety of structural steel components and possess AWS D1.1 certifications using onsite and mobile equipment.
